We offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items not in their original condition
Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the recipient.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser who later gave it as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
