About Arizona Field Optics

With more than 20 years of combined optics experience, Arizona Field Optics is an authority on field optics and their many uses.  Whether you use your glass for nature viewing, hunting, recreational shooting or anything else, we can both educate and assist you in making the right choice for you. In addition to selling high quality optics, we use them on a daily basis and have an intimate understanding of how they’re used. We pride ourselves on our knowledge, but first and foremost, on our customer service and individual relationship with each customer.

We carry the highest quality products from reputable companies of the highest regard.  If we don’t personally use their products, if we wouldn’t personally stake our weekend trip or outdoor excursion on them, then we would never suggest that you should.

We only do business with companies who have a similar focus as our own: great products and unmatched customer service.

There is a lot to see within our great country and beyond. We’d love to help you bring it into focus and we look forward to earning your business.

Eric Moore

Eric's interest in high-quality optics grew out of a love of birding, and, in turn, that love of birding began at a young age. At the age of 13 he joined the Tucson chapter of the National Audubon Society.  He has led bird walks, been in charge of the Spring Migratory Bird Count, and he has participated in the Christmas Bird Count in Tucson, Provo, and Prescott.
Since 2003, Eric has been helping birders select optics to match their interests with the launch of Jay's Bird Barn, the sister store to Arizona Field Optics. He continues to provide high-quality optics consulting as part of the Arizona Field Optics.
